the apartment was wonderful base for sightseeing in new york city, appreciated it. the place is a 20-minute walk to downtown. it was essential to be 700 feet from a bus stop. the landlord is always available. problem was fixed in no time, well done.

Having a kitchen was convenient. It was within 5 minutes walk from Bk Bagels, serving nice coffee and goodies.
